Notes: Connie is a 2 year old shaded red Chow Chow. She is spayed, microchipped, with her DHLPP vaccinations, rabies vaccination and tag. Right now Connie is going through heartworm treatment and will not be available for adoption until later. She is a very friendly, outgoing, personable Chow. Weighing in at 45 pounds, Connie is excellent at meeting new people, going to the vet and meeting new dogs. She even tolerates cats in the house. Connie is learning how to ride in a vehicle and be inside a home.

Tejas Rescued Pet Adoptions (TRPA) is a small non-profit organization consists entirely of dedicated volunteers. We are based in San Antonio, Texas, but cover the surrounding cities and counties. We participate in adoptions and fostering of previously rescued animals. TRPA is an all breed adoption organization. We also actively participate in adoptable Chow Chow rescue and adoption placement. Tejas Rescued Pet Adoptions does not consist of a physical shelter but operates entirely through the use of private foster homes. Please Help. Foster volunteers are always needed for temporary homes for dogs or cats. If you would like to foster a dog, please see our website for an application form.
